The Role:
Excellent career opportunity to fulfill the needs of existing customers at risk of cancelling services or orders as an (Remote) Customer Retention Representative. No nights or weekends! Quadient is a worldwide leader in the mailing industry with over $1 billion in annual revenue. Quadient Direct is the fastest growing segment within Quadient USA and we are looking for some top performers to join our sales team.
B2B professional sales environment, no weekends, stable company in business over 90 years
Base commissions
Guaranteed commissions during the first 2 months
Handle high volume, inbound calls (~50/day) to address customer complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves
Utilize sales skill set of probing, effective listening, building value and objection handling to position program benefits, product features, and company's value proposition
Process orders, prepare correspondence, and offer discounts within pre-established limits
What You Bring:
High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service in addition to previous telemarketing or inside sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) required
