As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for things like:
- Install & troubleshoot equipment and solo lift up to 50 lbs./dual lift up to 150 lbs.
- Communicate and interact effectively in a customer centric organization.
- Multi task and prioritize with a positive customer experience vision.
- Handle urgent diagnosis, repair and customer relations when systems are not performing.
To be a successful Field Service Technician:
Strong written, verbal and communication skills.
Strong and effective decision-making skills necessary to prioritize workload.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proven experience and proficiency with electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair tools and test equipment.
Knowledge of PC hardware, premise and cloud software systems.
A Certification desirable.
