MUST:
Experienced Dental Assistant - Orthodontic Assistant
2 years of dental or orthodontist experience
Must have MS Word/Excel experience
Familiar with dental software such as TOPS or Dentrix
iTero scanner experience (preferred)
Must have X-Ray Certification
DUTIES:
This individual will be working in a fast-paced, well-established orthodontic practice.
The individual will be in charge of reviewing patient history, making chart entries under the direction of the orthodontist and assure completion of forms and signatures.
Assisting front desk which includes answering calls and scheduling appointments.
Scanning patients with the intra-oral (iTero) and sterlizing after every use.
As well as being able to scan out to the lab and Invisalign to have have appliances made and track Rx forms through process.
