Experienced Legal Recruiter
2 years of legal recruiting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good organizational, time management, customer service skills.
Ability to work well independently.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Knowledge of labor legislation
Bachelor's degree preferred.
DUTIES:
Develop sourcing strategies.
Manage a heavy volume of inbound applicants.
Draft and monitor job postings.
Screen applicants.
Schedule Interviews.
Conduct phone and zoom interviews; schedule in-person interviews.
Maintain recruiting database and software.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends in the legal industry that have short and long-term implications on the business.
Cultivate relationships and maintain close communication with candidates, colleagues, law school alumni groups, professional organizations, and external recruiters.
Maintain candidate profiles and status of recruitment activity and report activity levels regularly to management.
Create weekly reports for the recruiting team.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Build the companies professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Support new hires onboarding
Draft and supervise offer packages and welcome notices
Conduct reference check calls
