Quail Creek is looking for a fun and energetic full time ACL Supervisor to join our team.
PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide homeowners current and accurate information concerning Architectural Landscape Committee (ALC) design guidelines by assisting the ALC Manager with associated administrative tasks. Primary functions may include: performing general clerical duties associated with permits, letters, and forms required by the ALC guidelines; answering all incoming telephone calls; working in conjunction with ALC Committee and the Board of Directors to ensure compliance and maintaining accurate files. This person will attend weekly ALC Meetings and will prepare meeting agendas, minutes and all related reporting. This position will be the primary trainer of the ALC Clerks to ensure that all ALC Guidelines are properly followed and achieved and will also supervise the office in the absence of the ALC Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Will handle customer inquiries and concerns; will attend weekly ALC Meetings and will prepare meeting agendas, minutes and all related reporting
- Trainer for the other ALC staff. Will assist ALC Clerks during peak periods, will process minor permits and maintain non-compliance reports and disclosures as well as on-site inspections, reporting of results to residents and corporate. Will provide information and clarification to homeowners. Will go to on-site property home inspections in absence of Manager to ensure that ALC design guidelines are followed.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting of sales to corporate, will handle weekly permit and fine deposits for accuracy before being turned in and will be responsible for contents in the safe.
- Will oversee office in Manager’s Absence if in the field or on vacation
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- In depth knowledge of ALC protocols, procedures and guidelines.
- Previous experience leading and training employees.
- Basic Computer skills in working knowledge of all general office equipment and associated software e.g. Access, NorthStar, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Leadership, Communication and Problem Solving Skills are helpful
- HOA experience a plus
