Caregiver - Assisted Living/Memory Care

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Caregivers. As an Assisted Living Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to residents in our assisted living facility. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules (once trained)
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Provide direct support to residents in their daily activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Promote resident rights and maintain their dignity and independence
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience or knowledge in social work or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of dosage calculations
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Strong direct support skills, including assisting with personal care tasks
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and resident rights
- Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient approach
- Understanding of senior care needs and ability to provide appropriate support

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
