Job Coordinator - New Iberia, LA

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Secures job orders from customers.
  • Answer questions about and recommends equipment to customers.
  • Generates delivery tickets, cover sheets, and missing equipment lists.
  • Inspects and ship job orders according to company procedure.
  • Checks in equipment according to company procedure.
  • Coordinates transportation as needed.
  • Resolves issues with customers.
  • Supervises shop and yard crews as needed.
  • Answers incoming phone lines.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Other various duties as directed.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of oil & gas industry; while also possessing 3-5 years of hand on equipment experience.
  • Strong leadership/coaching skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Planning and organization.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability and Dependability.
  • Time management.
  • Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work shift work and/or overtime.
