Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Assist in project planning and scheduling - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports - Assist in budget management and cost tracking - Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project - Support the project manager in day-to-day operations Skills: - Experience in restoration, masonry, metal stud framing, maintenance person work, plumbing, tile laying, fabrication, and welding - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction projects and possess the required skills, we would love to hear from you.
