Job Overview:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality steel components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of CNC programming, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
\n- Operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in all cuts and fabrications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, adjusting as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, ideally in the steel or metal fabrication industry
- Familiarity with CNC programming and basic machine maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods
