Serve as a resource to the internal IT departments on budgeting matters.
Assist with the invoicing process, including invoice creation and follow-up communications with departments and customers.
Organize records for department commitments including consistent structure and naming convention. Standardize and document SOPs for common processes and improvement recommendations.
Conduct ad hoc requests as needed and general support of Finance and Planning day-to-day activities including data needs, reports, access, etc.
Analysis and maintenance of IT budget, including adjustments of budget system to reconcile errors and standard and ad hoc financial report creation.
Regular budget audits to identify anomalous/unbalanced transactions; provides summary reporting to the Director.
Prepare and distribute invoices as defined by company policy, meeting billing due dates – including deposit(s), change orders, and final invoices
