Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a great opportunity? Our client located in Flint, Mi is looking for an Accountant for very busy office.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Billing
- Balance sheet, Profit & loss cash, flow statement preparation for related companies
- Month end/year end support and general ledger activities
- Sales analysis
- Costing analysis
- Fixed asset/depreciation maintenance
- Inventory reconciliation for material billing
- Research variance and provide suggestions for improvements in billing and costing
- 1099 preparation and W-9 maintenance
- New customer credit checks
Job Expectations
- Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Normal hours of employment are flexible Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm. Once established you will be required to follow a set schedule
Job Experience
- BA in accounting is required
- position requires computer skills to included Microsoft Office and other software programs required for accounting functions. DYMANIC GREAT PLAINS IS A MUST
- At least 5 years of accounting experience preferred
