We are looking for a high level, customer service expert for our client. In this position, you will be providing quotes, requesting correspondence from manufacturers, relaying communication between sales, operations and customers. Also, you will be a trouble-shooter by resolving customer issues and inquires. Your clerical skills will come in handy as you will be processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

Must enjoy supporting a team, talking with clients by phone, email and other correspondence methods. Strong communication skills both oral and written.

  • Phone Skills
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Typing 45 Words Per Minute
  • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
  • Work History must be verifiable or references should be included in resume
Pay $16.00 per hours

Direct Hire Position

Monday - Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
