What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inbound Supervisor position at Qualified Staffing?
Qualified Staffing is currently in search of an experienced Inbound Supervisor for a distribution company in Lawrenceville, GA! This is a full-time, DAY SHIFT, temp to perm position!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 1st Shift
Pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise receiving team
- Manage daily truck schedule
- Train employees
- Order warehouse supplies
- Assist Operations Manager
- Recommend changes when necessary
- Assist with implementation of new process
- Understand urgency to prioritize daily tasks
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Keep equipment operating and troubleshoot breakdowns
- Excellent communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Must know how to operate a Cherry Picker Forklift
- Must have knowledge of inventory, receiving and cycle counts
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
