Duties Include:

  • Greeting patients professionally
  • Notify Medical Assistant of patient arrival
  • Scheduling
  • Verification of Financial Records/Update patient medical history
  • Collect payments
  • Invoicing/Billing
  • Resolve billing errors or inconsistencies
  • Maintain front Office inventory/Equipment

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication/Verbal/Written
  • Customer Service skills
  • Basic math and medical billing skills
  • Time Management
  • Knowledge of HIPPA
  • E-Clinical experience required
