Base Salary: $15 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Employment Status: Non-Exempt

Shift and Schedule: Monday – Friday (Daylight hours)

Job Summary:

Growing Aviation company located in White Oak, PA is seeking a highly efficient Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Utilize organizational skills to keep track of parts and shipments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
  • Ability to lift items and containers. 
  • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to traverse QAI facility access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Shipping and Receiving Clerk may need to be on their feet for long hours.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
