**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help with meal preparation and feeding - Provide companionship and emotional support - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Escort clients to appointments and outings - Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional - Monitor and report changes in client's health status **Experience:** - Experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred - Knowledge of patient care practices and procedures - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Ability to take vital signs if required - Previous experience in childcare, caregiving, or resident rights advocacy is a plus Joining our team as a Personal Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
