MDS Coordinator RN
Job Posting for MDS Coordinator RN at Quality Care LTC
Champion Care is hiring for a MDS Coordinator RN to be a part of our growing nursing team. As the MDS Coordinator, you will monitor patient care by assessing procedures, speaking with patients, and recording medical codes. As well as responsible for creating medical codes, review cases and determining reimbursement care.
Qualifications:
- WI RN license
- 2 years of MDS experience in Long Term Care or similar settings
- Strong knowledge of MDS, Medicare, assessment and care-planning
- Strong communication skills
