Job Details:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communication.

- Assist Inventory Specialist and other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Proficient computer, software and internet skills.

- Have a positive, can-do attitude

- High level of attention to detail and organization is a must

- Ability to work with hands on fragile or delicate items

- Work independently through self leadership

- Proactively seek positive resolutions for customer concerns using empathy

- Comic book and pop culture knowledge is a plus

- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
