Serving with us is a unique experience, where we offer a true Chef's table experience in a European Market style restaurant setting.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a guest's first dining experience, providing first class food and service, in an elevated casual setting. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Follow specific steps of service guidelines and rules
Skills:
- Previous service experience in fine dining establishments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Exceptional guest relations abilities to provide personalized service
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
We pay well above the standard tip credit service rate, while providing the opportunity to work in an upscale dining environment, that's laser focused on the guest experience. We allow our guests to enjoy their experience, with each table spending 2-5 hours through a coursed meal. On any given shift, our servers make between $24 and $60 an hour, after tipout.
