Job Overview
Quality Health Partners is seeking an exceptional Bookkeeper to work at our Santa Ana location.
Provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions as part of a team, including payroll for staff and contractors. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording and maintaining our company’s daily financial transactions and assisting in maintaining the company’s general ledger. This role requires a strong background in accounting and finance as well as data entry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support to the accounting department and all its operations.
- Maintains accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Records debits and credits on an ongoing basis.
- Prepares financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
- Processes data input, reconciliations, and maintains database integrity.
- Supports and prepares payroll for staff and contractors.
- Monitors any variances from projected budgets.
- Interprets and applies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in compliance with applicable standards.
- Enters account payables, create and receives invoices, prepares payments.
Skills and Qualifications
- At Least 5 Years experience working in an administrative/accounting support position.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in utilizing QuickBooks.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

$25-$30 per hour depending on experience
