We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team of Front Desk Agents. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, as well as providing fast and efficient check-ins and check-outs. Applicants should be committed to being detail-oriented, friendly, and welcoming to all guests. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar position and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Give tours to prospective students.
- Answer questions about applications and transcripts.
- Answer questions about college policies and procedures.
- Answer questions about the admissions application process.
- Answer questions about financial aid opportunities.
- Greet visitors warmly and welcome them to the college.
- Answer questions about academic departments, faculty and staff, facilities, policies and procedures, and other areas of their interest.
- Use good judgment when dealing with colleagues, students, faculty, and visitors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
