Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
