What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Quality Inn & Suites?
Candidate will assist guests with check in, check out, and attend to guest requests. Answer phones and make reservations. Some light cleaning. Some computer skills as well as customer service required. This includes some overnight shifts which is 11 pm to 7 am. Must be able to work any day of the week.
