```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and manage room availability
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
```Skills```
- Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with guests professionally
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial for handling overnight operations
