What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency CNA position at Quality Life Services?
Quality Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, highly skilled, and motivated CNAs, LPNs and RNs to help fill the staffing shortages by traveling to a variety of Long-Term Care facilities in Mercer and Lawrence Counties
CNA's: 2p-10p and 10p-7a shifts available. FT/PT/PRN
CNA's needed for Saturday and Sunday.
As an Agency CNA you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Follow established performance standards
- Perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
- Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately
- Complete assignments efficiently, completely and accurately.
- Conduct resident rounds as assigned
- Assure residents have call lights at hand and answer call lights promptly.
- Assure residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene needs
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as documented in the residents’ care plans
- Assure residents are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment and transportation to meal service area
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and Company information.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor
