Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle managing inbound sales leads, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales growth across national markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability in digital communication channels, and a strong ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via digital communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Conduct sales consultations over the phone, understanding customer needs and recommending right product solutions.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to record and manage customer interactions, ensuring correct and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong ability in using digital communication platforms and CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proving self-motivation and initiative.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish English preferred.
