A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play an essential role in often being the first point of contact with our clients. When clients call or email the office, you respond in a friendly and professional manner to answer any questions or concerns they may have. Your responsibilities usually include helping clients with scheduling, payments, or service inquiries as well as resolving any complaints or issues. You also follow up on proposals via phone, email, or written correspondence to increase sales for our company. Upon confirming a sale, you complete and process paperwork, including sales contracts and service agreements. Successfully reaching your inside sales goals brings you great fulfillment!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge about various computer platforms
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service skills

Bilingual would be a plus. Experience working in pest management and inside sales is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you attentive to detail? Do you enjoy being collaborative and working in a team setting? Are you friendly, courteous, and respectful? If so, you might just be perfect for this position!


WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time position works Monday to Friday with some evening and Saturday work when needed. The opportunity to work from home is a possibility after training is complete.
