Assist in plumbing for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
- Participate in demolitions.
- Assist in digging and cleaning trenches for water, gas, waste and vent plumbing.
- Remove debris as needed.
- Assist in concrete work as it pertains to all plumbing scopes of work.
- Read blueprints and designs.
- Understand basic plumbing to assist in drilling, caulking and strapping of plumbing.
- Assist in traffic control as directed by the Plumber or Foreman.
- Assist in the installation of sewer, water, gas and storm drainpipes.
- Operate concrete jackhammers and earth tamper.
- Assist in operating pipe cutters and maintain equipment.
- Load and unload material.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
