Quality Plus area supervisor is responsible for the oversight of QP properties and their managers within their territory. This person is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, and training of all store managers. The area supervisor is responsible for performing monthly audits, protecting company assets, providing guidance and assistance to managers to meet monthly sales goals, and ensuring compliance of all company policies
Responsibilities
· Hiring responsibilities of Managers for all locations
· Frequent Audits to ensure protection of company assets
· Ensuring that all Managers are in compliance with company policy
· Assistance and guidance to all managers to ensure that monthly sales goals are met
· Ensuring that managers are aware of the surrounding market pricing daily
· Completing all paperwork in a timely manner
· Selection of Dealers for Shell Stations
· Building dealer relationships and ensuring compliance of Dealer Franchise Agreements for Shell station properties.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb steps, bend, twist, reach, stoop, and squat
- Must be computer literate and familiar with basic operating systems
- Must be able to perform repetitive work
- Must have excellent customer service
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Complete any other duties assigned by leadership
