Program Manager

Don't follow the crowd, let the crowd follow you! Quality South Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to join our team and that person is YOU!

Our Program Manager is responsible for managing our daily operations in with the homes of our Developmentally Disabled sites. The Program Managers will have the following tasks (not limited too):

• Screen and recruit qualified employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Maintain personnel files and records in accordance with employment practices and policies.
• Maintain persons served files and records in accordance with employment practices and policies.
• Process referrals and the intake process as required.
• Review and ensure all reports are submitted accurately and timely in accordance with , Contract, Accounting and Agency requirements.
• Ensure service quality by managing employees and activities.
• Oversee and monitor persons served goals to ensure they are appropriate, non-restrictive, provide active treatment and do not violate recipient rights.
• Meet and maintain DMH/Medicaid requirements and standards while ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Maintain and supervise all phases of health and safety programs.
• Ensure all staff are trained and follow safety precautions.
• Able to perform lifesaving techniques as instructed in CPR/FA training.
• Promote and maintain compliance with the HCBS ruling
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the State Operations Administrator/Regional Director or their designee.

Our Program Manager must be able to lift, push, pull and support minimum of 25lbs. Maintain acceptable driving record and eligibility requirements necessary to drive agency vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in supervision role
• Experience in the Human Services field
• Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable Driving Record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, report writing, internet, etc.
• TB Test/Health Review/Physical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,568.00 per year
