What to expect:
As a senior leadership role of Director of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of a healthcare organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare and wellness services, optimizing patient care outcomes, and driving operational excellence. The Director of Operations collaborates with stakeholders, including medical staff, department heads, administrators, and external partners, to develop and implement strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 / year

What you will get to do:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the operational performance and efficiency of the healthcare organization
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulations
- Establish and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for cost containment and revenue generation
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization
- Recruit, train, and develop a competent and engaged workforce, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to staff members
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring patient safety and organizational resilience
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and community partners
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Senior-Level Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
