What you will get to do:
- Diagnose and treat patients with periodontal diseases and conditions
- Perform periodontal surgeries, including gum grafting, crown lengthening, and implant placement, extractions, teeth-in-a-day, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for coordinated patient care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for maintaining periodontal health
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in periodontal treatments and techniques
Experience: Senior-Level Experience
Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school (University of Pennsylvania, Tufts, Boston University, NYU, Temple, Rutgers School of Dental Medicine)
- Will consider a Periodontist with Prosthodontic training
- Completion of an accredited periodontics residency program
- State dental license and periodontal specialty certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using dental technology and software
- Dedication to continuing education and professional development
