Currently, we are seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
· Use of both hard copy and electronic formatted pricing guides.
· Responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing parts.
· Locating available parts.
· Handling parts payments.
· Billing out parts on repair orders.
· Packaging and shipping parts back to manufacturer with appropriate documentation.
· Stocking parts inventory.
· Handling customer calls and inquiries.
· Limited delivery of parts and other miscellaneous duties as required.
Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the Automotive Parts Counter Person position include:
· Automotive parts experience required
· Subaru experience preferred but not required
· Basic knowledge of cars
· Computer experience a must
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
· Must be highly motivated, able to multitask and prioritize
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic
