We are looking for a Vendor Delivery Assurance Analyst who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can conduct regular analysis and reporting, and can make strategic recommendations on how best to leverage key vendor relationships to maximize customer experience and business performance.

Expectations for Success Primary Responsibilities Maintain decision tree to ensure appropriate vendor selection for specific project types* Oversee process creation and improvement for day-to-day vendor interactions* Manage general vendor quality assurance activities as well as handle individual vendor project escalation, root cause, and corrective action efforts* Conduct regular operational and financial reporting including presentation of analysis to vendors, stakeholders, and senior leaders* Provide data-driven recommendations to vendors, stakeholders, and senior leaders to maximize customer experience and business performance Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree from a selective university* 3-5 years of professional experience* 3 years experience in operational or procurement focused role* Comfortable organizing, analyzing, and presenting findings from financial / operational data* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel* Skilled relationship builder who works to understand and reconcile multiple perspectives* Effective communicator in both written and spoken form* Comfortable in a dynamic, unstructured, and highly visionary environment Preferred Qualifications Previous procurement experience* Market research industry experience* 1-2 years of experience in the SaaS (software as a service) industryLocation
