Join our dynamic Product Development team as a Quotation Support Specialist! We're on the lookout for a committed individual who can help us generate precise and competitive quotes for both our new and loyal customers.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to understand customer needs, craft drawings, address technical concerns, and ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the design phase.

Compensation : $17 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Interpret and establish all costs associated with the customer’s harness drawings
- Create quotes for new and existing customers that satisfy the customer’s needs
- Create drawings using internal software based on customer designs
- Review customer drawings for technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a rapport with the customer through the design process and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with the production team to confirm and resolve issues with final harness designs
- Source and investigate the pricing of new materials
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job files electronically and physically to facilitate a smooth transition of information
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the position
Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Electric or Electronics Industry Experience a plus
