CNC Programmer/Operator

Summary CNC Operator/Programmer?

The CNC Operator/Programmer will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machine centers & lathes to produce high quality parts for internal and external clients. This individual will support our machine building operation as well as producing machine consumables and one-offs for maintenance operations.

Expected Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr (dependent upon experience)

What’s Expected of the CNC Operator/Programmer:

· Analyze information and find the best solutions to problems.

· Write and interpret instructions and procedures to assemble equipment and products accurately.

· Operate and program CNC machining center and lathes.

· Perform inspections of equipment, structures, materials, and products.

· Maintain the CNC equipment.

We are Looking for a Candidate that Has:

· Prior CNC machinist and programming experience required.

· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

· Able to work independently and as a team.

· Certificate or education in machine shop technology or machine tool technology/machinist preferred.

· Proven verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.

· Attention to detail and self-motivated.

· Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during manufacturing process.

· Mathematical skills for taking precise measurements and make accurate calculations.

· Experience with Cad/Cam systems and Solid Works is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
