Warehouse Operator 2 - B6 - 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm - Dustin

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

A Quality RTV Processor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Defective Material Review (DMR) group and assisting the RTV Lead while maintaining a DMR processing role. This person will be responsible for processing DMRs, requesting RMAs from various vendors through Outlook and Excel files, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delegates and executes work assignments to/with DMR warehouse personnel.
• Liaison with off-line repair and off-line retest to ensure timely movement of material through the DMR process in order for RTV team to stay current.
• Control of physical inventory in the RTV area.
• Manage DMR receipt functions. Ensure proper PN/SN/Part Type is processed into DMR Receipt. Maintain flow of parts into DMR receipt.
• Manage packaging material inventory levels for RTV.
• Escalates to RTV Lead then Quality Coordinator when needed
• Help to ensure proper shipping
• Execute transactions associated with RTV within multiple systems
• Ensure timely execution of cycle counts as well as timely resolution to issues identified during cycle counting.
• Monitor all components are being returned in a timely fashion, and escalating any aging issues to the lead
• Execute inventory transactions in SAP and QWMS systems, as well as shipment systems.
• Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards.
• Help RTV Lead to instruct and train all DMR personnel in proper procedures and regulations ensuring appropriate documentation is completed.
• Motivate employees through effective communication

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a warehouse or quality setting and a preferred minimum of 1-2 years of shipping, receiving and inventory control experience.
• Must have ERP system experience, SAP experience a plus.
• Must be proficient with Word & Excel
• High school diploma required.

• Able to work in warehouse environment with no central heat or air.
• Able to operate pallet jack and/or forklift.
