We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Leader, Project Management Office in Billerica, MA to join our Assay Development team. This individual is integral to Quanterix success in meeting our organizational growth. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for all HR global projects such as HRIS system implementation, Career Pathing Models, and others major programs that impact the company’s organizational growth. This role can be remote with regular monthly cadence or as needed in the Billerica, MA HQ.
What You’ll Do:
- Interact with executive leadership team to influence positive program management, interact with external, consultants, providers, and executives to understand industry benchmarking and standards, to help guide and recommend changes/ updates to support growth initiatives.
- Identify global “Best of…” acknowledgments for Quanterix, put programs in place to actively apply, if awarded work with Marketing to implement in branding and co. recognition.
- Own global HR programs and projects that impact the organization growth, including M&A / due diligence initiatives with training on benefit comparisons to internal Total Rewards team.
- Own Employee surveys, determine annual cadence, what surveys will be implemented, help execution and development of actions plans, in partnership with HR team to follow up on action plans to ensure proper attention and completion.
- Partner with CPO on HR Functional budget and negotiate contracts to get cost savings.
- Develop and support digital presence on internal Q-Connect (SharePoint) to enhance HR initiatives and develop dedicated HR page.
- Support internal communications, aligning with CPO and Marketing team to understand external communications timing and message to draft and post internal communication.
- Develop functional career pathing models, with options for employees to move up and across organizations, partner with HRBPs to implement models.
- Consult with ELT on Org. Design strategies to align with career path models and growth strategies. Work with HRBPs to implement.
- Support HR analytics across HR, partnering with CPO and HRLT to identify people analytics to provide to ELT and Managers allowing transparency on hiring, attrition, development, demographics, etc.
- Lead immigration process being the conduit between employee, legal and HRBPs
- Identify HR programs and projects plans across the organization. Work with HRLT to determine project, timelines and hold team accountable for meeting targets.
- Lead HRIS implementation project, to include data clean up and implementation of new system. Develop timelines, milestones while partnering with IT and HR team to execute.
- Identify process improvement initiatives and implement across global HR organization.

- achelor's degree and 7-10 years of progressive HR experience within Life Science / Biotech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and communicate change, and a track record of developing engaged, high performing teams.
