WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to grow student recruitment and registration.
- Oversee acquisition channel strategy, test and learning agenda, experiment quality & rigor, and learnings dissemination.
- Diversify channel mix, balancing marginal ROI across channels.
- Collaborate with Data to develop attribution models, conduct lift experiments, optimize channel performance, improve test design and analysis, and develop new measurement methodologies.
- Establish & optimize audience-specific strategies that customize messaging, landing page, and funnel treatment based on attributes, propensity models, and uplift models across channels.
- Develop reliable Creative testing methodologies across digital channels in collaboration with Brand.
- Ensure necessary tracking (naming convention, URL parameters, etc.) and tooling (bid/budget automation, liveramp, etc.) is in place to support and optimize digital initiatives.
