Hiring:

Currently seeking dedicated and reliable Security Officers / Guards / Agents to join our team as Independent Contractors.

It is required to have existing and current: weapons permit, firearm certifications, all training, and current State Armed License.

It is necessary to have at least 4 to 5 years prior military and/or law enforcement experience.

Employment is dependent upon passing a drug screening, reference checks, background check, and providing all onboarding documents & requests within 5 to 10 days upon company acceptance.

Role Description:

Armed Contract Security work will be located on-site and involve the day-to-day tasks of observing, reporting, conducting surveillance, providing excellent customer service, ensuring physical and personnel security, and completing detailed incident reports if necessary. The majority of Assignments are non-uniformed but may adhere to a simple business casual dress code. Occasionally there may be a request for a higher profile business look, or overt style, or uniform. Individual Assignments may be located directly in and/or throughout the Augusta, GA metropolitan area.

Preferred Skills:

- 3 Years of Armed Security and/or related field work.

- CPR / First Aid / AED Certification.

- Knowledge of Use of Force and De-escalation Techniques.

- An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, or related field.

Required Qualifications:

- An existing and current Georgia state certified armed license.

- The ability to register as an “Armed Guard” via the Georgia GOALS website.

- 4 to 5 years of prior law enforcement or military service.

- Physical, Personnel, and Surveillance Security proficiency.

- Strong observation, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills.

- Aptitude to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
