Content Marketing Manager

Quantum is looking for a highly creative Content Marketing Manager to join us in our dynamic marketing team. This role will work to build our brand by creating well-thought-out content and communications across multiple channels. This includes developing and writing engaging content for email, landing pages, ad campaigns, social media posts, press releases, and short form video scripting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform research for target audiences, innovative strategies, and competitive landscapes.
• Brainstorm and ideate interesting, timely, and relevant content topics based on keyword research and trending news.
• Write engaging and compelling content across integrated marketing strategies for web, print, social, multimedia, and email marketing campaigns.
• Proofread content to help ensure pieces are error-free and the company voice and brand tone are consistent and on point.
• Work collaboratively with teammates, product experts and sales teams to execute a relevant and compelling content marketing strategy.
• Continually refine and improve content based on feedback and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years of content marketing writing or short form copywriting experience.
• A demonstrated history of creating amazing ad copy
• Fintech, payments, or banking industry experience is a plus!
• Superb writing and communications skills and the ability to present complex information and concepts in a clear and persuasive way.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
• Working knowledge of social media, content generation and email marketing tools and platforms preferred.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals and a desire to learn and stay abreast of evolving trends.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
