As an ePMO Project Coordinator, you will be a member of a small team of project managers who work closely with Executive leadership as well as business unit leadership on critical initiatives. You will support the Project Managers on the team executing day-to-day on large/complex projects, as well as manage your own projects. The projects you will support may include but are not limited to; product development, client onboarding, client vendor changes, marketing, operations, business intelligence IT, employer branding and change management. If you have an eagerness to learn and grow within the business, and have exposure to all areas of the business, this is the right role for you.

 

What you’ll do 

  •        Manage projects throughout the project lifecycle
  •        Monitor and updated project plans, RAID log, status reports, and other PM artifacts
  •        Lead project meetings, summarize meetings, and follow-up on action items
  •        Support onboardings and implementations as needed
  •        All other duties as assigned.  

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Project Management training or certification desired
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Experience managing small projects
  • Excellent communications, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills
  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings
  • Capable of organizing and presenting information succinctly
  • Ability to interact and present to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and drive issues and actions to closure
  • Protect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies
  •        Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently. 
  •        Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
