Quantum Research Intl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Huntsville, AL Corporate Office.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and executes the recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and associated functions that align with the organization's strategy, brand and current and future talent acquisition needs.
- Confers with management, discussing long-range personnel needs to prepare and implement a recruitment program.
- Designs and directs in-house interview program.
- Builds the infrastructure to support the growth of the organization, including staff, systems, and appropriate recruiting metrics.
- Oversees recruiters and talent acquisition specialist who seek out, interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill professional, technical, and non-technical job openings.
- Manages full cycle of recruitment.
- Develops job descriptions and position-specific recruitment campaigns to meet the needs outlined by hiring managers and contractual requirements.
- Implements policies and procedures related to all phases of talent acquisition activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required. Prefer in Business or equivalent field of study.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment
- Understanding of OFCCP compliance and HR law
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Experience identifying and executing diversity outreach activities
- Experience with Social Media Recruitment and Advertising
- High degree of flexibility; ability to surge and/or work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience developing and writing EEO Compliant job descriptions to match appropriate Corporate Labor Categories
- Ability to travel as needed to support recruitment at Job Fairs/ Trade Shows
- Basic understanding of technical requirements in the disciplines of Cyber, Information Technology, Engineering and Analysis a plus
