Quantum-Systems is positioning itself to be a global leader in autonomous, AI powered aerial robotics. We have now stood up a wholly owned, and US operated business, Quantum-Systems Inc, in the United States. This business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America. As a result of this expansion, we have a Project Manager opening for a candidate that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Programs, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering.
The Project Manager leads status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction and company goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving in collaboration with Program Managers, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Duties:
- Work closely with supply chain and procurement to ensure that customer deliveries are met.
- Creates, monitors, and updates project plans including IMS.
- Develops, maintains, and communicates project plans and schedules, while ensuring they align with goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Identifies, analyzes, and manages all project-level risk.
- Establishes, communicates, and manages project priorities.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties to ensure timely execution of project tasks and milestones.
- Aligns and informs stakeholders of project status and health.
- Ensures adherence to project timeline by responsible parties and escalates as appropriate to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Coordinates project meetings and reviews with functional groups to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Manages potential changes in project scope and advises leadership and customer of potential impact.
- Ensures all stakeholders understand the project schedule, their respective role, and responsible deadlines.
- Prioritizes resources and tasks to drive key milestone adherence.
- Drives rapid action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Contributes to shaping the organization's overarching objectives and long-term aspirations.
- Ensures successful project completion from inception to delivery.
- Acts as the primary liaison for the organization in dealings with awarded contracts or projects.
- The perfect candidates should be proactive individuals who can work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to analyze and solve issues, all while fulfilling customer needs and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
- PMP Certificate preferred, but not required.
- Government Contract experience a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management within the Aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of running multiple, successful external facing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, and Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of Project Management methods, tools, and processes.
- U.S Citizenship Required.
- Background Check Required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
