  • Quartz Events; industry-leading in-person and virtual executive conferences
  • Quartz Network (Q/N); digital home for intentional networking, education and strategy sharing
  • Q/N Solutions; a two-sided B2B marketplace where executives find business solutions, and solution providers find customers.

Founded in 2007, we were the leading B2B events company focused on delivering curated meetings between buyers and sellers across all major job functions including; marketing, sales, finance, human resources, information technology, supply chain, manufacturing, operations and procurement. From 2016-2020, we experienced 50% year-over-year growth.

Along came COVID and we were forced to adapt. In less than a year we successfully transitioned to digital, regained our in-person revenues and started building Quartz Network - the only B2B marketplace where executives find and connect 1:1 with curated business solutions that can solve their challenges.

Today, our virtual events are bigger than our in-person events were pre-covid, in-person is booked to resume in 2022, we’ve successfully launched the Quartz Network platform, onboarded 650 solutions providers and 10,000 business executives. Oh, and the business as a whole is experiencing 350% growth in revenue and headcount in 2021!!

Where you come in:

It’s time to take this rocketship into orbit and we’re looking for Growth Marketing Managers to help drive growth marketing by driving new experiments across multiple channels, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Develop and execute audience-specific campaigns in alignment with team goals
  • Actively manage marketing channels against specific growth objectives while keeping to set ROAS constraints.
  • Directly own a subset of owned and paid channels
  • Perform in-depth analyses in order to assess campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Build models to facilitate campaign management, experiment measurement, and channel forecasting.
  • Run continual experiments to test and optimize new marketing channels, strategies, ad creative, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with the growth team, designers, writers, product and sales to optimize the full customer funnel via focused testing.

Role requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in paid and content growth in B2B SaaS. Community marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working across owned and paid marketing channels, particularly paid search, paid social, email, content, and affiliate partnerships
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. You're a pro at building complex spreadsheet models and working in SQL.
  • Strong marketing intuition and creativity. You have the ability to empathize with our target customers and build campaigns around them.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with a hard-working can-do attitude.
  • Structured thinker and strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
