Job Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Train users on new and updated software
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Networking
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
