Job Description
Summary / objective
The Electronic Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely product configuration, and managing shipping schedules.
This role involves troubleshooting configuration issues with other departments, maintaining and improving production processes, and ensuring a clean and organized work area.
The supervisor handles all product-related problems in the EP Lab and coordinates the maintenance and monitoring of the 7120 Eval with the receiving department.
Essential Functions
- Maintain correct inventory in the EP Lab.
- Ensure timely configuration of all products.
- Manage the shipping schedule.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain or improve production processes.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Handle all product-related issues within the EP Lab.
- Coordinate maintenance and monitoring of the 7120 Eval with the receiving department.
- Manage other employees during periods of increased production.
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
The position will have direct reports.
Competencies / Qualifications
- Strong understanding of JDE functions and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Proficient in using Active Directory and basic networking.
- Basic knowledge of computer reimaging and repair.
- Experience with ClickUp for creating dashboards and maintaining automation.
- Adaptable and flexible with a focus on improving efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for working with multiple departments.
- Extremely detail-oriented.

Working from home is available one day a week, provided another employee is present in the lab to handle exception orders.

Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
