Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals properly
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Musts:
Have your own reliable vehicle for daily use, a valid drivers license, and be willing to travel on a daily basis throughout eastern CT and/or western RI. We do have a gas compensation program and assistance with oil changes. Please include the word "BEE" in your response to prove your attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
