Customer Service and Data Entry Consultants to join the Customer Experience team
This is a simple admin and customer service role, you will be taking inbound phone calls, asking a few key questions from the customer, documenting their requests, and advising accordingly.
As a Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, so first impressions are everything.
About the position:
Monday - Friday, no weekends
Operation hours are from 8:00am - 6:00pm
Customer Service, Admin, and Data Entry position, taking inbound calls and details
Fully paid systems and product training will provided
Casual position with FT hours, with the possibility to progress into a long term position within their customer experience team
New York location with on-site parking!
What we are looking for:
Previous Customer Service, Reception, Administration or Data entry experience is ideal
Ability to use CRM software systems and Microsoft office would be desirable
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written is a must
Someone who can work in a fast paced environment
