Job Overview:
We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to customers.
Duties:
- Coordinate between the kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation before they are served.
- Assist in final food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and verifying order completeness.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is a plus, but not required!
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen and service teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
